Bad Experience with very rude supervisor

Lawence Delco put me on hold and then transferred me to 5 departments before I was finally transferred back to him. And then rudely it was my fault for hanging up. When I was bouncing from department to department. I then told him about the situation that has been going on for a month. And instead of helping he stated if I didn't have any the employees names Then it sounds like it didn't happen. I didn't ask his name and said good bye. I will be telling everyone I know on social media about this experience and will not to spend another dollar there till the day I die.

Corrupt billing practices

I made a purchase with Academy and was told that I was signed up for a credit card I didn't want. I received a bill and called to cancel when I was told I had to pay it before they would close the account, so I did. THen I received another bill in the mail. This went on for months. I called numerous times with no resolve. I have made numerous calls to make this go away. All they want is money, they have no regard for my well being.

Purchase several items, one being 2 boxes of ammo . I needed subsonic ammo and accidentally bought supersonic ammo because it was stated so small on the box I overlooked it , so I went to exchange them the next day and was told no exchanges or refunds on ammunition, know where does it say that on receipt, my question was if I bought a box of ammo that I found out was damaged I could not bring them back?thats total BS. I was headed into the store at 8:05 Monday morning, 16 Dec 2019. Because some merchandise had been placed outside there was only a narrow walkway for about 50 feet. As I reached it, an obese woman saw me hurrying and stepped in front of me, blocking my path. Then she SLOWED DOWN and pulled out her key chain with what looked like pepper spray on it. She intentionally walks slow hoping to provoke me into trying to pass her so she can spray me. When we finally got to the entrance she told the worker there not to let me in. It turns out she was a store employee. The worker said the store was open and I could come in. So I go to the shoe section and am trying on some shoes. This employee follows me to the back of the store and makes a big show of talking in a LOUD voice and telling the other worker there: That guy was in a hurry to get in the store, but Hahahaha, he couldn't get past me. Then she told her to WATCH me and make sure I don't STEAL anything. I take my shoes to the register to pay for them and the woman sends the worker to follow me. The only explanation: A man-hater store employee saw a MAN, and did everything she could to aggravate him out of sexist spite. Never mind that I'm a customer and my purchases pay her salary. The only reason this doesn't get a 1 star is because I found the shoes I was looking for.

I need my refund

I have been charged twice. It is a long story. I have made several trips back to store spoke to 4 different employees at store who have been no help at all. Very rude employee

We go to academy many many times,and this is actually the first I can recall having issues. The young guy checking me out name David had the worse attitude ecause I told him the item I was purchasing was on sale and he got all pissed offf I’m guessing because he had to change the price,I looked at him and said,looks like,e you don’t want to be at work this evening the way your acting but he didn’t say nothing

Just take a small walk around the place and you will see countless ways this place has went down hill. Clothes, shoes merchandise all over the floors. Items in the wrong place, no carts to use. the biggest is it seems only maybe three people know anything or even tries to help you. the front people spend time yelling to each other about their daily habits or what they have been doing all week. NO LEADERSHIP! then they have a manager, if you can call her that named Cassie that has to be hired off of what she made up on her resume. But she fits in great with the way the store is. SO if your looking for the worst shopping experience of your life or the worst management help then this is the place for you. OR, if you looking to steal come on out to this store. They REALLY don't care what you take. they just wave and say come back when you can.

I purchased a yeti cup on sale in New Orleans for 2399 I exchanged it because it was missing the black lid top the flip thing on Juban crossing in Louisiana they said I could not do an even exchange they were going to give me an exchange of nine dollars and the cup price is 30 I called corporate however corporate said to call the store.
